These workouts can be done anywhere, anytime, with minimal equipment. To best complete these workouts you’ll need:
• A balance ball
• A small resistance loop (light to medium)
• 2 washcloths or gliding discs
• A mat
Week 1 – The Power of 5
This week you’ll do five exercises for five minutes for five days. On Day 6, you’ll choose the most challenging exercises and build your own five-minute routine. It’s that simple. But don’t underestimate the power of five minutes! This week is all about perfecting your form and mastering the basic core movements to begin building your foundation.
Weeks 2, 3 and 4
Each week you’ll complete three 9 to 10-minute workouts and three 5-minute workouts and will take one day of rest. These nine unique interval-style workouts will ramp up the intensity, building muscular endurance and power while blasting calories and fat.
Kim has expertly designed these workouts to give you the biggest results in the least amount of time possible. She also offers progressions or regressions to meet your needs — beginner to advanced — in order to avoid injury and plateaus.
